Política de reembolso
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. A full refund of the item, excluding postage will be processed. We do not refund the cost of the return postage unless the items sent were incorrect.
To start a return, you can contact us at create@artsycrafts.ca for instructions. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the return. We will email you as soon as your item reaches us.
To ensure that the objects are received by us, we advise the use of a secure postage method that can be tracked. But since we are not responsible for return postage or the cost, this is of course your personal choice, and you are welcome to use the cheapest method available if you prefer.

Damages and issues
Our orders are carefully packaged to minimize damage and breakage; however, due to the nature of our products (glass, ceramic), damage may occur in shipping. All tiles and accessories are shipped at your own risk.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like on sale items, gift cards and custom products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
